Recruitment Procedures

Recruitment procedures involve a systematic process of job postings, candidate screening, interviews, skills assessments, and final selection to ensure the best fit for the position.

Recruiting

It involves utilizing a comprehensive database, conducting site visits, reviewing CVs, and processing nominations to identify and select the most qualified candidates for the position.

Interview

The interview is conducted by foreign delegates, and we arrange the interview schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Processing

The processing includes a medical test and visa stamping to ensure candidates are fully prepared for their assignments abroad.

Final clearance

Final clearance involves receiving the visa, obtaining criminal clearance, and completing ticketing to ensure candidates are ready for departure.

Dispatch

Dispatch includes notifying sponsors/clients of the flight schedule 4 days before departure and sending a notice of the final dispatch to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Repatriation

Repatriation involves reporting to our office, undergoing evaluation, and registering as candidates to ensure proper follow-up and future opportunities.
